Product Description

Trisodium Phosphate, White or colorless crystals, efflorescent in air, easily soluble in water but not in organic solution. Its water solution is alkaline, relative density at 1.62g/cm³, melting point is 73.4ºC. In dry air, it is easily deliquesced and weathered to produce sodium dihydrogen phosphate and sodium bicarbonate.

Application

1. Food industry use as a moisture retention agent, used in canned food, juice and beverage, dairy products, meat products, cheese and beverages.
2. Used as water softener and detergent in chemical, textile, printing and dyeing, paper making, power generation and other industries, boiler scale inhibitor, water softener in paper dyeing, acidity and alkalinity buffering agent of adhesive for wax paper production, color fixing agent in printing and dyeing, mercerizing enhancer of fabric, anti-brittle agent of thread making.
3. Used in metallurgical industry as chemical degreasing and decontamination, and as an excellent accelerator in photographic developing solution. Tooth cleaner and bottle detergent. Coagulant for rubber emulsion. Sugar juice purifying agent.
