Product Description

Ferrous Gluconic acid, the Molecular formula is C12H22O14Fe · 2H2O, and the relative molecular weight is 482.18. It can be used as color fixative and nutrition enhancer in food, and can be formed by neutralizing Gluconic acid with reduced iron.
