Fatty acid sucrose ester, sucrose ester, SE (SUGAR ESTERS) for short. A non-ionic surfactant, a simple substance or mixture formed by esterification of sucrose and fatty acid. It is widely used in food, medicine, daily chemical, bioengineering enzyme preparation, oil mining, textile, agriculture and animal husbandry industries due to its non-toxic, biodegradable and good surface properties.
