Product Description

Glycerol Monolaurate is also known as Glycerol Monolaurate (GML). Lauric acid monoglyceride is synthesized by direct esterification of lauric acid and glycerol, and its appearance is generally scaly or oily, white or light yellow fine granular crystals. It is not only an excellent emulsifier, but also a safe, efficient and broad-spectrum antibacterial agent, and is not limited by pH. It still has a good antibacterial effect under neutral or slightly alkaline conditions, but its disadvantage is that it is insoluble in water.
